The prices are quoted in EUROS per apartment and day, all taxes included,
local tax and final cleaning of € 105,- per apartment excluded.
The local tax in winter amounts to € 1,50 per person and day. Children under 14 are exempted!

The apartments are available for occupancy from 3 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know. All apartments should be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
The reservation becomes valid as soon as the down payment of 30% per apartment is received. A security deposit of € 200,- for the apartment key needs to be made upon arrival.
A reduction for children:
0-6 years: 100%, 7-10 years: 50% (only valid as 5th or 6th person)
Short Stay:
For a short stay up to 3 nights in low season and 4 nights in high season the rates are increased by approxmately 15%.
Pets Policy:
Please note. Pets are not allowed for reasons of hygiene and for the fact that everything is new.
Payment:
Cash, cash card or credit card: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, JCB or Union Pay on the evening before your departure!

Cancellation fees up to 30 days before arrival € 30,-. 30% are due for a cancellation up to 14 days. 70% are due for a cancellation up to 7 days. 90% are due in the case of leaving early or less than 1 week before the agreeded date of arrival.
